The laminate structure of our Pirlo SHINE tubes is the same as our white PBL RECY tube. PBL stands for Plastic Barrier Laminate, meaning the tubes are comprised of several plastic layers and a suitable barrier layer - usually EVOH.

Numerous surface finishing options allow you to create your own individual packaging design! Hot stamping and partial spot varnishing features are available. Matt or glossy film lamination provides for an extra eye-catching appearance, protects your design from scratches, and enhances the soft haptic of the tube. Our film lamination technology is unique in the tube market. It prevents the transfer of ink or varnish applied to the exterior of the tube to the inner layer that comes in contact with the product. Film lamination thus protects your product from contamination that may occur in conventional manufacturing technologies. Flip-top and screw-top closures are available in any colour to give your tubes a uniform appearance at the point of sale according to your specifications.
