The PirlOne Tube is made of 100% polypropylene, from the body of the tube to the shoulders and the cap, so that it can be returned in its entirety to the material cycle after use. With a thin laminate, PirlOne simultaneously conserves resources and enables complete emptying, as is the case with all our tubes. The ability to empty the tube almost completely, helps avoid waste and reduces the cleaning effort required in the recycling process.
The excellent resilience of PP ensures that the tube remains wrinkle-free even with a thin laminate. The PirlOne is also suitable for high temperature applications such as hot filling and autoclaving.
We proudly received the Green Star Packaging Award for our PirlOne Tube in 2019 and were also among the winners of the WorldStar Awards in 2020.
