PirlOne PCR - the combination of a PP mono-material tube and the use of recycled material (PCR)

The PirlOne PCR consists of polypropylene, from the tube body to the shoulder and the cap. All components can be fully returned to the material cycle after use. Due to the PCR closure (approx. 95 % PCR content), the PCR content of the entire tube is between 35 % and 50 %, depending on the version. The use of the PCR closure and the thinner laminate thickness (250 µm incl. 8 µm EVOH) enables significant savings in virgin material. The PirlOne PCR thus represents the combination of maximum recyclability, residue emptying and resource conservation.
